- What is The Cancellation Policy?Upon registration, you will be sent a contract that outlines the Terms and Conditions of this retreat. If you would like to cancel your registration, you will have 48 hours to do so in order to receive a full refund, minus any credit card processing fees. After 48 hours, the $500 deposit is non-refundable. Other terms apply, which are outlined in the Terms and Conditions document. If you do not see an email from hello@travelpassionistas.com within the next 48 hours, please check your spam folder or reach out to Linda at the above email address right away.
Please note: Trip cancellation insurance is required for this retreat. Linda Beach can help you with a policy from Allianz, the company she uses. Alternately, you can search SquareMouth, a site that allows you to compare and customize policies to your particular needs.
